Subject Headings In Action!
Let's see how using subject headings can help you in the Academic Search Premier database.

as in the online catalog, we start our search with Keywords,
evaluate our results, and examine some good items to see the
Subject Headings associated with that item.
Some databases, like Academic Search Premier, allow you to look
up words to see if they are used as Subject Headings.
This feature
is called a Thesaurus in some databases.
In
Academic Search Premier, it is just called the Subject Terms
feature.
