PSI CHI CHAPTER

Psi Chi is the national honor society for students in Psychology. The national organization was founded in 1929 for the purpose of encouraging, stimulating, and maintaining scholarship in the science of psychology. The King's College Chapter of Psi Chi was founded in 1972. Students accepted for admission must be juniors or seniors and have a minimum cumulative gpa of 3.40. Each year King's College, Wilkes, and Misericordia hold a joint induction ceremony for new members. The host institution is rotated among the three schools, and the event gives psychology majors from each college a chance to meet and plan joint activities.
