Description: This quick lower body strengthening class is just what you need for the season! It will help you to slim down your mid section, butt, and thighs just in time for summer!
 
Toning
Tuesday & Thursday 12:15-12:45 in Fitness Room, taught by Joan Angeli Instructor from the Wilkes-Barre Family YMCA                                         
Description: A total body strengthening class targeting arms, shoulders, back, legs and abs using a variety of resistance equipment, in 30 short minutes.
 
Boot Camp                                                                
Monday 4:45-5:45 in Fitness Room, taught by Major Bill Ramsey Army Master Fitness Trainer/King's College ROTC
Description: Fitness Boot Camp is a one hour moderate intensity program that will focus on strength improvement, muscular endurance, flexibility and moderate cardio fitness
