When sifting through the Internet, a successful researcher must have the ability to critically consider and evaluate the information that is presented to him/her.  The most useful and effective sites must be distinguished from the ones that have questionable content or authorship or lack overall integrity.

 This tutorial will illustrate the criteria and techniques required to determine the value of Web sites that you may wish to utilize when performing research.
