Programming
At the heart of Residence Hall programming at King's College is an approach
to education which is concerned for the well-being and wholistic growth
of each resident. Culturally, Emotionally, Intellectually, Physically,
Socially and Spiritually; (pillars). The Residence Life program at King's
College aims to create an environment which supports individual choice,
develops a sense of community and emphasizes individual and group responsibility.
The most important component for the residents to achieve these goals
is through our Residence Life Staff. The Pillar Model is one component
of the overall system that we have created - C.A.R.E. (Community Achievement
in a Residential Environment).
