Leaders have the biggest impact on peoples lives. A leader sets expectations. A leader helps young people move to the next level. A leader shapes attitudes. A leader is a teacher and a teacher touches eternity. And how do you do that? By helping your residents reach their goals and by helping them understand what they can do to make a difference.
