Hallmarks
As an RA/AA/RC you do a great amount of work. And at times you probably
feel that nobody notices an awesome floor program that you recently pulled
off, a floorboard that you put a lot of time towards, extra effort that
you put into a residence life committee that you are a part of, or the
way you interact with your residents being available to them sacrificing
your own time when you could be doing something else.
The
way it works:
•
Staff Hallmarks is designed to reward a staff member for their time
and dedication.
• Nomination forms can be found below. You can not nominate
yourself. Hallmarks is designed to help each of us appreciate each other,
recognizing each others strengths while emphasizing teamwork.
• Reasons for nominations could include any situation that
exemplifies fine staff performance including: a creative floorboard, dedication
to committee work/RA roles, pride in another staff member because of the
way they handle situations professionally/sets an example. Nominations
can be made by any staff member.
