Academic Calendar for Outlook
Which version of outlook do you have? In Outlook, click
Help > About Microsoft Outlook and check to see if you
have Outlook 2003 or 2007.
Outlook 2007
- Right-click on the link and download the file.
- Double-click on the file to install it as a sub-calendar in Outlook 2007.
- Use the Overlay Mode (see below) to view your calendar and other sub calendars combined.

Right-click on a calendar tab, select View in Overlay Mode

One set of events is faded behind another, active calendar.
Toggle tabs to activate other calendars.
Outlook 2003
By following the directions below, you will install the King's College Academic Calendar into your Outlook personal calendar. The dates used in the calendar cover the Spring '07 semester. Specific dates on the calendar can be found here. While installation is automatic, removal of the calendar entries must be done manually.
- Right-click on the link and download the file.
- Open Outlook and click the Calendar button so that you are viewing the calendar.
- Click File and choose Import/Export.
- The Import/Export Wizard will appear. Choose "Import from another program or file" and press Next.
- Choose file type "Personal Folder file (*.pst)" as the type you want to import and press Next.
- Click Browse and choose the .pst file from the location where you saved it. Select the option "Replace duplicate objects with imported objects" and press Next.
- Press Finish and see the process being done.
- Restart Outlook
- Delete the original file "Acad-08.pst" at your convenience.
