Intern/Graduate Assistant

King’s College, a member of the Middle Atlantic Conference competing at the NCAA DIII level, is accepting applications for an intern/graduate assistant swim coach. The primary function of this job is to assist in all areas designated by the head coach including, but not limited to, supervision, training, and evaluations of student athletes. The majority of this position, however, will be highly involved in the recruitment of prospective student-athletes. The intern will also have the opportunity to aid in team fundraising and volunteer outings. Applicant must have previous high school, club, or collegiate coaching experience and must be certified in CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguarding. Furthermore, previous experience teaching swimming lessons and/or working at swim camps and knowledge of the HYTEK Meet Manager and Colorado Timing systems is preferred. Remuneration for the position includes a stipend, room and board and 6 graduate credits per semester.
