POSITION:                                        International  Student Admissions Data Assistant

POSITION REPORTS TO:               Director of International Student Recruitment

 

JOB FUNCTION: The assistant functions as Administrative Assistant to the Director of International Student Recruitment. Responsible for the day-to-day office management duties. A substantial portion of these responsibilities involves the implementation and maintenance of the Admissions computerized database. Also responsible for generating statistical reports on applicants to the College. Organizational support of special on-campus events and projects, as assigned by the Director of International Student Recruitment. Provides guidance and training to secretarial staff.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

 

·         Appropriate use and management of a personal King’s College email account

·         Use and management of a personal King’s College Web Advisor Account

·         Proficient and professional use of the college’s phone system

·         Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office utilization (Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, Front Page and PowerPoint)

·         Coordination of campus bases computer system.

·         Coordinates all scheduled mailings and timeline.

2.      Supervises the organization of Academic Advisement folders and mailings; withdrawal survey mailings; supplementary transcript mailings; student survey mailings.
