Calls
The
telephones installed throughout the College are primarily for providing fast
and efficient communication. When telephone lines are tied up, the daily flow
of College business is interrupted. As such, personal phone calls should not be
made or received during working hours on a regular basis. The College
telephones should be used for emergency long distance calls only. In such
cases, the employee is to pay for the long-distance call in the Business Office
after the call is completed.
Personal
Mail
The purpose
of the mail room is to handle the College's mail. Under no circumstances,
should the College’s address be used for personal mail, magazines, or
packages.
Under no
circumstances should the College be used to pay postage on personal mail.
