There are a few things you should include for the most efficient response from our team. Always include your name, what username you're logging in with, your student ID number, and what courses you're trying to access (in CORE399A format). This will help us verify who you are and where you should be. Always be as specific as possible. "Please help me," can be too vague for a quick solution.
