Emailing WebCT@kings.edu?
There are a few things you should include for the most efficient response from our team. Always include your name, what username you're logging in with, your student ID number, and what courses you're trying to access (in CORE399A format). This will help us verify who you are and where you should be. Always be as specific as possible. "Please help me," can be too vague for a quick solution. For assistance right now, email webct@kings.edu.

Are your plugins up to date?
Some WebCT courses require plugins for content, especially HCA Graduate courses. If you're having trouble with viewing online presentations, make sure you have the latest Java Runtime Environment, Adobe Acrobat Reader, and Macromedia Shockwave Plugin. If you have any other concerns, try the WebCT Browser Tuneup. And don't forget to disable your popup blockers for WebCT to work properly.
