King's College continues to offer two-way, interactive videoconferencing courses to high school students through our College Discovery program. The program has been in existence for over 10 years and is designed to attract high school juniors and seniors ranked in the upper 30% of their class.  Ideally, we would like to have between 5 and 10 students at the remote high school.  Traditional King’s College undergraduates participate in these courses from our distance learning classroom.

In addition to participating in a quality academic program, students will experience the college classroom environment while they are still in high school. This will enable them to make an easier transition to college after graduating from high school.

First year college courses in a variety of introductory and Core curriculum areas will be open on a space-available basis to qualified junior and senior high school students. Please have a representative from your school or district contact Bill Keating, Managing Director of Academic Technology, to check on course availability.
