I was formerly
a child welfare social worker in Lexington, Kentucky, working with
foster children and with juvenile delinquents in both community
and institutional settings. I have been at Kings since 1982 and
have been teaching social work, social reasearch methods, and social
science computer applications courses. I am also one of the original
members of the Core 150 (Human Behavior and Social Institutions)
Project Team and regularly teach the course as well.
