B.S. in Athletic Training from East Stroudsburg University

M.Ed. in Physical Education with a concentration in Sports Management from East Stroudsburg University

Ms. Shotwell joined the King’s College Sports Medicine Faculty in the Fall of 2005.  She currently teaches classes in the Athletic Training Education Program, including Athletic Training Clinical I, Athletic Training Clinical V, Therapeutic Exercise, and Therapeutic Exercise Lab.  Her current sport responsibilities as Assistant Athletic Trainer include Men’s and Women’s Cross Country, Women’s Basketball and Cheerleading.  Ms. Shotwell is an Approved Clinical Instructor at King’s College as well as an academic advisor to several ATEP students.  She is a member of the National Athletic Trainer’s Association, Eastern Athletic Trainer’s Association, and Pennsylvania Athletic Trainer’s Society, where she currently serves as a member of the Public Relations Committee.  Ms. Shotwell continues to enhance her professional development and scholarly growth by attending numerous conferences and clinical symposium at the national, regional and state levels.

Ms. Shotwell enjoys spending her free time working out and spending quality time her with family and friends.
