| Seniors Chris Murtha and Camille Valvano were awarded the top undergraduate poster presentation at the recent Eastern Athletic Trainers' Association (EATA) Annual Meeting and Symposia in Boston, MA. Faculty co-aurthors included Gregory Janik MS, ATC (pictured) and Carissa Knouse MS, ATC. The winning poster was titled "Partial Tear of the Latissimus Dorsi From the Costal Origin in a Collegiate Football Player." Camille also received the EATA Paul Grace Scholarship Award that weekend. |

| Senior Neil Matz won the 1st Annual Eastern Athletic Trainers' Association District 2 Quiz Bowl at the EATA conference in Boston, MA. Neil and two other students will represent district 2 at the upcoming National Athletic Trainers' Association 1st Annual National Quiz Bowl Championship in San Antonio, Tx. Neil is pictured here with Professor Greg Janik MS, ATC, King's College ATEP faculty and Bob Ward. Neil also presented a poster presentation in Boston, that was selected as one of three finalist for the top undergraduate poster. His poster was titled, "Kienbochs Disease in a 21 year old Male Collegiate Athlete." Faculty co-authors included Timothy Kulpa MS, ATC, Carissa Knouse MS, ATC, and Melissa Ciocco MS, ATC. |
