KING'S VOLLEYBALL SPLITS GAMES TO END PLAY AT RAMAPO TOURNAMENT
RAMAPO, NJ -- The King's women's volleyball team fell in their first
match 3-0 to Ramapo College, then captured a 3-1 win against SUNY-IT
to conclude play at
the Roadrunner Invitational Tournament at Ramapo College.
King's fell to Ramapo by scores of
30-20, 30-26, 30-26, then beat SUNY-IT with scores of 25-30, 30-17,
30-15, 30-12.
Dani Belfanti led King's on the day
with 56 digs and 30 service points. Katie Doss followed with 17
kills and six digs. Kelly Greenway added 79 assists.
Belfanti was named to the
All-Tournament team.
King's will return to action
Wednesday when the Lady Monarchs battle cross town rival Wilkes
University for a game at 7:00 pm at Scandlon Gymnasium.
