KING'S VOLLEYBALL SWEEPS ROSEMONT, 3-0
WILKES-BARRE -- The King's women's volleyball team used a dominating
offensive attack to post a 3-0 victory over visiting Rosemont
College Thursday in Scandlon Gymnasium.
King's, which won by scores of 30-12, 30-13, 30-10, improved to 11-5
on the year while Rosemont slipped to 3-5.
Kat Clerici led the way with 11 kills while Kaitlyn Malshefski
followed with 10 kills. Samantha Garrigues and Kelly Greenway
combined for 27 assists while Garrigues added 22 service points with
six aces.
Colleen Hoeg contributed four kills while Nadya Alboshy pitched in
with six digs and two kills.
King's return to action Saturday in Lancaster with a tri-match
against Lancaster Bible and Immaculata College at 11:00 a.m.
