KACHINKO WINS 35-TH CAREER GAME AS KING'S VOLLEYBALL WINS FINAL
TWO GAMES AT SCRANTON TOURNEY
WILKES-BARRE --
King's College women's volleyball coach Bernie Kachinko
posted his 350th career coaching victory as the Lady Monarchs won
their final two games during day-two of the University of Scranton
Invitational Tournament.
King's defeated Hood College 30-18, 30-16, 30-18 to garner
Kachinko's milestone victory. The Lady Monarchs then bested Rowan
30-19, 30-27, 23-30, 30-20.
Against Hood, Kat Clerici had nine kills while Emily Kline followed
with eight kills. Danielle Belfanti posted 22 digs while Samantha
Garrigues and Kelly Greenway combined for 27 assists.
In the match against Rowan, Kline totaled 11 kills while Clerici
followed with nine. Belfanti tallied a whopping 49 digs while
Garrigues and Greenway combined for 56 assists.
