KING'S VOLLEYBALL DOWNS ROSEMONT, 3-0
ROSEMONT - The King's volleyball team improved its season mark to 11-4 as
the Lady Monarchs posted a 3-0 sweep over host Rosemont College Friday
in Rosemont.
King's won by scores of 30-14, 30-7, and 30-7.
The Lady Monarchs were led by Danielle Belfanti with 19 assists and 10
service points. Amanda Breese posted nine kills and four digs
while Samantha Page added nine kills to pace the offensive attack. Kat
Clerici followed with eight kills and one block while Kaitlyn Malshefski
registered six kills and three digs.
Jessica Luedeman totaled eight assists and Erin Dugan aided the Lady
Monarch cause with five digs. Shannon Ellis chopped in with 13
service points and five digs.
King's will be idle until Tuesday when the Lady Monarchs travel to meet
arch-rival University of Scranton at 7:00 p.m. in the John Long Center
in Scranton.
