KING’S VOLLEYBALL WRAPS UP MUHLENBERG COLLEGE
TOURNAMENT
Allentown, PA — The King’s College volleyball team
concluded play at the Muhlenberg College Tournament by winning one of
its final three matches.
King’s suffered a 3-0 loss (30-13, 30-10, 30-10)
against MIT and a 3-1 loss (27-30, 30-18, 30-18, 30-28) against PSU-Altoona.
In their final match, the Lady Monarchs posted a 3-0 win (30-16, 30-17,
30-21) against Centenary College.
Freshman Danielle Belfanti led the squad with 73
assists, eight kills, and 25 digs.
Senior Jessica Luedeman added ten kills, nine assists, and 18 digs,
while freshman Kaitlyn Malshefski followed with 24 kills and 23 digs.
Freshman Kat Clerici contributed 29 kills, 11 digs, and four solo
blocks.
King's (6-3) returns home Tuesday with a 7:00 p.m. matchup with Delaware
Valley College in Scandlon Gymnasium.
