KING'S VOLLEYBALL AT MCDANIEL TOURNAMENT
WILKES-BARRE - The King's volleyball team loss three out of four matches
to complete the McDaniel College Tournament.
On Friday, King's loss to
Marymount in three straight sets with scores of 17-30, 22-30, and 30-32.
In their second match of the day King's beat McDaniel in five games with
scores of 30-28, 30-27, 22-30, 3-0-32, and game five 15-12.
On Saturday, King's opened
with a loss against Mary Washington in five games with score of 20-30,
33-35, 31-29, 31-29, and game five 15-17. In their last match King's
loss to Salisbury in three straight sets with scores of 18-30, 21-30,
and 15-30.
For the weekend, Jessica
Luedeman led King's with 171 assists. Michelle Oros followed with 68
kills and 28 solo blocks. Jessica Kandefer added 47 digs and 48 kills.
Diane Lucas contributed 18 kills and 48 digs.
King's will next travel to
Lycoming for a match at Wednesday at 7:00pm.
