KING'S VOLLEYBALL POSTS 3-1 WIN AT MISERICORDIA
   
WILKES-BARRE ­  The King's College women's volleyball team dropped the first game but came back to win the next three as the Lady Monarchs posted a 3-1 victory over host College Misericordia Wednesday in Dallas.

The Lady Monarchs were victorious by scores of 28-30, 30-16, 30-28, 30-10.

With the win, King's improved to 15-11 on the year and moved to within two victories of handing coach Bernie Kachinko his 300th career victory.

The Lady Monarchs were led by Michelle Oros with 20 kills and two blocks.  Jessica Kandefer added 15 kills and 11 digs while Katie Carr followed with 22 digs and five kills.  

Brittany Enz contributed 10 kills and 20 digs while Tricia parks chipped in with five kills.  Jessica Luedeman distributed 49 assists with 14 digs while Dian Lucas posted 21 digs.

King's travels to face Chestnut Hill College Friday at 7:00 p.m.
