KING'S VOLLEYBALL OUSTED BY LYCOMING
WILLIAMSPORT -- The King's College women's
volleyball season saw its season come to an end Wednesday when the Lady
Monarchs fell to top-seeded Lycoming College in the semi-finals of the MAC
Freedom Conference Tournament Wednesday in Williamsport.
Lycoming, which won by scores of 30-2-, 30-23,
30-27, improved to 24-10 while the fourth-seeded and defending champion
Lady Monarchs fell to 19-12.
King's was led by Jessica McVey with 18 kills and 19
digs. Annie German posted six kills, 17 digs, and five blocks.
Lauren Foster had 25 assists, seven service points
and seven digs, while Katie Carr chipped in with 12 digs.
