KING’S WOMEN FALL TO MISERICORDIA

DALLAS – Host Misericordia University swept all three doubles matches, then captured five of the six singles bouts as the Cougars posted a 8-1 victory over visiting King’s College Tuesday in Dallas.

Misericordia improved to 13-2 overall and 6-0 in Freedom Conference play. King's slipped to 8-5 and 3-4.

King’s lone winner was Lauren Breen who defeated Sarah Golis 7-5, 6-1 in singles, to improve her mark to 9-1 on the year.

King’s returns to action Thursday at 4:0 p.m. against Lebanon Valley at Kirby Park.
