KING'S TENNIS DOWN NEUMANN, 6-3
WILKES-BARRE -- The Lady Monarch tennis team improved to
2-1 on the year with a 6-3 victory over host Neumann College Monday in
Aston.
King's took a 2-1 lead after doubles, then won four of the six singles
bouts to seal the victory.
Kristen Hunter, Sarah Guza, and Amanda Marchica were winners in both
singles and doubles for the Lady Monarchs. Christy Rossowski added a
singles victory while Jillian Tallarico teamed with Marchica for a
victory in doubles.
King's travels to face Scranton Wednesday at 4:00 p.m.
