KING'S WOMEN'S SOCCER FALLS TO ALBRIGHT, 4-0
READING -- Anne Curry scored two goals and
Stephanie Deswet added two assists as the host Albright College women's
soccer team posted a 4-0 victory over King's College Thursday evening in
Reading.
With the win, Albright improved to 4-4-2 while King's fell to 4-4-2.
Albright would take a 3-0 halftime lead as Curry tallied both of her
goals in the opening stanza. Megan Gring also added a first-half goal.
Kim Spataro scored the final goal of the game at the 77:18 mark.
Albright outshot King's 9-5 and held a 4-0 advantage in corner kicks.
Lady Monarch goalie Christine Uhl made three saves while Albright keeper
Jess Schmura made five stops.
