KING'S WOMEN'S SOCCER
WILKES-BARRE -- The host King's College women's
soccer team outshot Lincoln University 34-1 on way to a 11-0 win
Saturday at Betzler Fields.
King's got on the board early on a goal from
sophomore Kaitlin Wilcox with 40:34 remaining in the first half. The
Lady Monarchs remained the aggressor scoring five more first half goals,
three of them from freshman Lisa McMillan.
The second half brought much of the same as King's
(2-1) would up its lead after goals from sophomores Christina Fisher and Liz
Martin, and another from junior Lori Stuart.
McMillan finished with four goals on 13 shots.
Wilcox added two goals and one assist.
The Lady Lions only managed to get one shot on
goal, that coming from sophomore Angelique Stevquoah.
King's will now travel to Philadelphia Bible
University Tuesday for a game at 4:00 p.m.
