KING'S WOMEN'S SOCCER ENDS SEASON WITH LOSS TO
DESALES
CENTER VALLEY -- The King's College women's soccer
team saw its season come to end with a 3-0 loss to DeSales University
Saturday in Center.
With the loss, the Lady Monarchs ended their
campaign with a 2-18 overall record as well as an 0-7 Freedom Conference
mark. DeSales ended its season at 3-14-2 and 1-6.
DeSales took a 1-0 half-time lead on Tara Nassoiy's
goal jus 0:46 into the game. The Bulldogs added second half goals from
Rachel Roderer and Meaghan Laurich.
King's was outshot 29-6 but held a 4-3 advantage in
corner kicks. Lady Monarch goalie Liz Ball made 12 saves.
