KING'S WOMEN'S LACROSSE DEFEATS GMC, 21-9
ORLANDO, FLA -- The King's College women's lacrosse
team posted a 21-9 victory over Gwynedd-Mercy College in the first game
of its spring trip to the Disney Sports Complex, Orlando, Fla.
Senior Lindsay Sabo led the way with six goals, two ground balls, and
three draw controls. Junior Keri Niedt followed with four goals while
freshman Reanna Lachner added three goals, two ground balls, two caused
turnovers, and a pair of draw controls.
Junior Melissa Gates netted two goals with three draw controls, two
ground balls, and two caused turnovers. Freshman Sarah Veneski tallied
two goals, two ground balls, and six draw controls.
Senior Erica Kovats posted two goals while freshman Shannon Ellis
chipped in with two caused turnovers.
