WOMEN'S LACROSSE TEAM POSTS 20-2 WIN AT CEDAR CREST
ALLENTOWN -- Nine different players scored goals as the King's College
women's lacrosse team posted a 20-2 victory over host Cedar Crest
College Thursday in Allentown. With the win, King's improved to 1-2 on
the season.
Grace King and Keri Niedt led the way for the Lady Monarchs with four
goals each. Lindsay Sabo followed with three goals and three assists.
Sara Alesso tallied two goals while dishing out a game-high four
assists. Jennifer Marrosu and Kim Murray added two goals each while
Erica Kovats, Karen Harp, and Rachel Agzigian chipped in with one goal
each.
Heather Kelly made two saves while Chrissy Keenan posted one stop in
goal for the lady Monarchs.
King's will next host Gwynedd-Mercy College Saturday at 1:00 p.m. at
Betzler Fields.
