KING'S WOMEN'S LACROSSE DEFEATS FDU, 18-9
WILKES-BARRE -- Kim Murray scored five goals to
power the King's College women's lacrosse team to a 18-9 victory over
FDU-Florham Wednesday in Madison, NJ.
With the win, King's improved to 6-3 overall and 1-2 in the Middle
Atlantic Conference. FDU slipped to 4-6 and in conference play.
Joining Murray on the offensive end was Lindsay Sabo and Patrice Cote who
tallied three goals each, while Megan O'Brien and Kristen Greene netted
two. Keri Niedt, Grace King, and Melissa Gates chipped in with one
goal.
Mary Beth Clark picked up the win in goal with 10 saves.
The Lady Monarchs will next host Moravian Saturday at 1:00 p.m.
