DREW WOMEN'S LACROSSE DOWNS KING'S 13-5
WILKES-BARRE -- The Drew University women's lacrosse
team remained unbeaten in Middle Atlantic Conference play as the Rangers
posted a 12-5 victory over host King's College Monday at Betzler Fields.
With the win, Drew improved to 5-3 overall and 4-0 in conference play
while King's slipped to 5-3 and 0-2 in the MAC.
Patrice Cote and Grace King netted two goal each for King's while Lindsay
Sabo dished out a pair of assists. Keri Niedt scored one goal while
Kristen Greene chipped in with one assist. Mary Beth Clark made 11 saves
for the lady Monarchs.
Kaity Ryan scored three goals while Anne Luetzow added two for the
Rangers. Casey O'Brien made 13 saves to pick up the win in goal.
King's will travel to Madison, NJ to face FDU-Florham at 4:00 p.m.
