KING'S WOMEN'S LACROSSE DOWNS CEDAR CREST, 20-3
WILKES-BARRE -- Ten different players scored
goals as the King's College women's lacrosse team posted a 20-3 victory
over cedar Crest College Thursday at Betzler Fields.
With the win, King's improved to 3-1 while Cedar Crest slipped to 2-4.
Lindsay Sabo scored three goals and added an assist while Patrice Cote
tallied three goals to pace the Lady Monarch attack. Kristen Greene and
Sara Alesso followed with two goals and one assist each while Kim Murray,
Grace King, and Michelle O'Brien netted two goals each.
Keri Niedt scored one goal with one assist while Kim Triftshouser and
Melissa gates chipped in with one goal. Mary Beth Clark posted six
saves in goal for the Lady Monarchs.
