POSTS 1-0 WIN AT ARCADIA
GLENSIDE -- Senior Debbie Wychock scored the game winning goal at the
11:48 mark of the first period giving King's College a 1-0 victory over
host Arcadia University Saturday afternoon.
With the win King's improves to 9-3 overall and
2-0 in conference play, while Arcadia drops to 5-9 overall and 0-3 in
conference play.
King's outshot Arcadia 20-8, while holding a 20-3
advantage in corners. Junior goalie Kari Leach had four saves in net for
the Lady Monarchs.
King's will return to action Thursday when the
Lady Monarchs travel to DeSales University for a game postponed from
October 11.
