Gates
compiled a 3.91 GPA as a business administration major. She was a
three-time MAC All-Academic selection in field hockey and a two-time MAC
All-Academic choice in women's lacrosse. She was named to MAC Freedom
Conference first-team in 2007 and was a second-team pick in both 2005
and 2006. She helped King's win back-to-back Freedom Conference titles
and a pair of NCAA Division III National Tournament berths in 2006 and
2007.
Kopec
posted a 3.836 GPA as an elementary education major. He was a three-time
MAC All-Academic selection in cross country. He was named to MAC
All-Conference first-team in 2005 and 2007 while earning second-team MAC
honors in 2006. Kopec placed 6th in the 2007 MAC Championships, 14th in
2006 MAC Championships, and 4th in 2005 MAC Championships. He also
placed 28th in 2007 NCAA Mid-East Regional Championships.
Hunter,
meanwhile, registered a 3.82 GPA as an accounting major and was a
three-time MAC All-Academic selection. Playing the number-one singles
and doubles positions for King's the past three seasons, Hunter finished
second in 2007 MAC Doubles Championships in #1 flight. She was a
first-team All-Freedom Conference selection in 2007 while receiving
second-team All-Freedom honors in 2006. She led King's to a
school-record 12-4 team mark and a berth in the Freedom Conference
playoffs
