KING'S MEN'S SOCCER DOWNED BY NEUMANN, 3-2

ASTON -- Freshmen Sal Anzelmo scored a pair of goals including the game winner as host Neumann College posted a 3-2 win against King's College on Saturday afternoon.

With the loss King's slips to 0-4 overall, while Neumann improves to 3-0 overall on the season.

Senior Barry Harvey added the other goal for Neumann. Junior Cameron Audette added a pair of goals for King's, one coming off of an assist by junior Mark Timko.

King's and Neumann had eight shots apiece in the game, while King's held a 9-5 advantage in corner kicks. Senior goalie John McNichol had three saves in net for the Monarchs.

King's will return to action Wednesday when the Monarchs host Marywood University at 4:30 pm at Betzler Fields.
