KING'S MEN'S SOCCER TEAM LOSES 2-0
ALLENTOWN -- The King's College men's soccer team dropped its
season opener 2-0 against Muhlenberg College in the opening round of
the Mule Classic at Muhlenberg.
Muhlenberg's Brendan Carroll scored the first goal early in the second
half. King's then would give up an own goal to give Muhlenberg a 2-0
lead late in the game.
Muhlenberg outshot King's 18-3 in the
game. Junior John McNichol had 10 saves for the Monarchs.
King's will next face Rutgers-Newark Saturday at 1:00 p.m. at
Muhlenberg.
