KING'S MEN'S SOCCER TEAM FALLS 1-0 TO ALBRIGHT IN SEASON OPENER
WILKES-BARRE -- Evan Outlaw scored the only goal of the game with an
unassisted tally at 15:19 of the first half as host Albright College
edged King's College 1-0 in the season opener for both teams Thursday in
Reading.
King's outshot Albright 16-12 and held a 7-3 advantage in corner kicks.
Monarch goalie Dan Upton made seven saves.
King's will travel to New Jersey for a two-day trip, facing William
Paterson College Saturday at 4:00 p.m. The team will then play Montclair
State on Sunday at 1:00 p.m.
