KING'S SOCCER FALLS TO NEW PALTZ, 4-2
POUGHKEEPSIE, NY -- The King's College men's soccer team dropped a 4-2
decision to SUNY-New Paltz Sunday at the Mid Hudosn Classic.
Trailing 2-0, King's got on the board at 25:03 when Drew Flavell scored
off an assist from Greg Castellani. In the second half, the Monarchs
then knotted the score at 2-2 at the 60:27 mark, but New Paltz was
scored on a penalty kick at 73:13, then tacked on the game's final tally
at 75:15 to put the game away.
The Monarchs (1-3) held a 11-10 advantage in shots and trailed 5-4 in
corners.
