AUDETTE EARNS PLAYER OF THE WEEK
WILKES-BARRE, PA – Senior Forward
Cameron Audette was voted Freedom Conference Player of the Week for week one.
The reigning Freedom Conference
“Player of the Year” had a big week as he led King’s to a 2-0 mark.
Audette posted 10 points on four goals and two assists, scoring two
goals with one assist respectively in wins over Green Mountain College
and Penn State Berks.
The Monarchs defeated Green Mountain by a score of
7-0, and Penn State Berks 3-0. Audette scored brilliant goals in both
matches.
Audette lead all Monarchs in scoring
this week, and looks to take charge again in the soccer teams upcoming
match on the road against Baptist Bible College. King’s will be on a
long road streak before returning to Betzler Fields for their game
against SUNY- New Paltz on Tuesday September 16th. Kick off
is set for 4:00pm.
