KING'S SOCCER CAMP SCHEDULED FOR SUMMER
WILKES-BARRE -- King's College will host
a soccer camp this
summer at the college's Robert L. Betzler Fields in Wilkes-Barre Township.
The camp will be directed by King's head men's soccer coach Mark
Bassett. The camp will be open to boys and girls and will be
held June 23-26.
The Little Monarchs Camp is open to
boys and girls ages 5-through-10 and will be held from 9:00 a.m. to
11:30 a.m. each day. This camp is geared toward the enjoyment of
soccer for all involved with technical instruction incorporated into the
games. The technical instruction will include the passing, dribbling,
shooting, and receiving of the ball as needed to develop into an
improved player at this age. During camp the staff will emphasize fun in
an upbeat enthusiastic manner that will provide for a great week of camp
for your son or daughter.
The camp staff will assume the role of instructor in hopes to achieve
great success in improving the camper's soccer prowess.
