MONARCH LACROSSE SQUAD FALLS TO MERRIMACK

MYRTLE BEACH, SC -- The King's College men's lacrosse team was unable to make a 4-3 third quarter score stand up as the Monarchs fell to Merrimack University 11-4 in Myrtle Beach.

Carlo Ciotoli scored two of the first three Monarch goals before John McGuire's tally with 11:35 remaining in the third period gave King's a 4-3 lead.  Merrimack answered the call and outscored King's 8-0 over the final 17:38 of the game.

Ryan Thomas added a goal for King's (0-3) while Chris Ives chipped in with two assists.
