KING'S LACROSSE CONCLUDES SEASON WITH 7-4 WIN OVER MISERICORDIA

WILKES-BARRE -- The King's College men's lacrosse team closed out the season on a wining note as the Monarchs posted a 7-4 victory over College Misericordia Monday at Betzler Fields.

With the win, the Monarchs ended their season at 3-11 while Misericordia stands at 5-8.

King's was led by Carlo Ciotoli who scored two goals with an assist while Chris Reilly also added two goals. Frank Tedesco added one goal and one assist while Will Renke and John Fitzgerald chipped in with one goal each for the Monarchs. King's goalie Steve Matusiewicz made 11 saves in goal .

Matt Carey paced Misericordia with two goals and one assist. Matt Rowland and Nick Sisca added goals while Brandon Fields contributed an assist. Cougar goalie Chris Brauch made 13 saves.
