KING'S GOLFERS EIGHTH AT BLUE JAY CLASSIC
HERSHY -- The King's Golf team placed eighth in
the 15-team Elizabethtown College Blue Jay Classic Thursday at the
Hershey Country Club.
The Monarchs carded a 324 as a team to tie Moravian and Lebanon Valley
for eighth place. Susquehanna won the team title with a 290, easily
outdistancing runner-up Franklin $& Marshall (305) by 15 strokes.
Elizabethtown was third with a score of 315.
Brian Kerstetter led King's with a 77 to finish 12th overall. Frank
Schiel scored an 80, followed by Mike Wagner (83), Mike Kane (84), and
Eric Weiscarger (94).
