KING'S BASEBALL SWEPT BY DEL-VALLEY
   
WILKES-BARRE ­ The King's College baseball team managed just five hits in two games as the Monarchs dropped both ends of a doubleheader to Delaware Valley College Saturday at Betzler Fields.
   
King's, which lost by scores of 7-0 and 9-1, dropped to 9-20-1 overall and 4-13 in MAC Freedom Conference action.
   
n the opener, Jon Derboa doubled while Kalym DeJesus and Andy French singled for King's only three hits of the game as Rich Bayachek earned the complete game victory for the Aggies.
   
In the nightcap, Jason Champagne tossed a two-hitter for Delaware Valley as Deroba produced his second double of the day while Chris Rispoli singled to garner the Monarchs only hits of the contest.
   
With the sweep, the Aggies improved to 22-11 overall and 8-6 in MAC Freedom action.
   
The teams will concluded their three-game set Sunday at 1:00 p.m. in Doylestown.
