KING'S SWIMMERS FINISH 5TH,
7TH AT KUTZTOWN TOURNAMENT
KUTZTOWN -- The KIng's
women's swimmer finished seventh of eight teams while the men were fifth of
five squads at the Kutztown University Invitational. King's competed
in a field that included four Division II women's teams and three Division
II men's squads.
Freshman Christy Rossowski set two new school-records in the 1650 freestyle
with a time of 20:26.06 and in the 400 individual medley with a 5:18.43.
Both were MAC qualifying times.
Fellow rookie Andrew Kulp was first in the 200 butterfly with an MAC
qualifying time of 2:04.72. Sean McGee also posted an MAC qualifying
time in the 100 back stroke while Mike Flynn also swam an MAC qualifying
time in the 100 breast stroke.
