KING'S WOMEN'S SWIMMERS FALL TO CABRINI, 106-50
WILKES-BARRE -- The King's College women's swim team
fell to Cabrini College 106-5o in the Lady Monarchs' home debut in Scandlon
Gymnasium.
Kate Jeffery, Marie Spaar, Karen Golle, and Steph
Khalefalla won the 200 freestyle relay with a time of 2:08.97. Jeffery was
also second in the 50 freestyle (30.03) and 100 back stroke (1:21.50). Golle
was second in the 500 breast stroke (6:58.62); Khalefalla was second in the
100 freestyle (1:12.87); while Spaar was second in the 100 butterfly
(1:28.62).
King's will be idle until December 3 when both the
men's and women's teams travel to face Misericordia at 7:00 p.m.
