KING'S MEN SWIMMERS DOWN LEB-VALLEY
WILKES-BARRE -- The King's
College men's swim team won its first meet of the year, posting a 97-94
victory over Lebanon Valley College Saturday in Scandlon Gymnasium.
King's women fell to LVC by a 114-42 count.
In the men's meet, Evan Maclusky
won the 10 backstroke with a 1:09.27 and he 100 freestyle with a 54.69. Matt
Herr captured the 100 breast stroke at 1:08.72 while Chris Morris finished
first in the 50 freestyle with a time of 25:45. David McBride captured the
1000 individual medley at 13:21.97.
In the women's meet, Marie Spaar
was second in the 100 backstroke, while Karen Golle was third in the 500
freestyle and Ashleigh Clair was third in the 100 breast stroke.
